Murray - The Sweetheart from the Shrubs 🐾💚

Murray is a 4 1/2-month-old kitten with a silky soft grey tabby coat and gorgeous ombre eyes that resemble the sunrise reflecting on ocean water, shifting from deep blue to gold on the edges.

Living homeless in the bushes in front of a house in the Diamond Hill neighborhood of Fort Worth, Murray caught the eye of a volunteer trapper when he was seen jumping and playing by himself. His playful demeanor immediately revealed his gentle and sweet nature.

Murray was the first cat trapped at this address, despite the presence of several older tomcats and a female cat who may have been his mother. After multiple trips back to the location, it became clear that he was the only lone surviving kitten of his litter. Among the group, Murray was the only one that showed immediate promise for socialization and a life off the streets.

Once trapped, Murray softened to human touch and interaction almost immediately, leaving his hissing behind as soon as he realized people were there to provide food and affection. His sweet, gentle, and lovable personality blossomed quickly. He loves to jump in the grass to play with toys and, above all, to be pet. 🐱✨​
